- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆These apartments are decent, the water bill is outrageous, and the parking atrocious, but other than that they are somewhat decent, maintenence quick, place is quiet. Rent is a bit high for my small apartment, and on the rise, but no more than any other gated apartment complexes. Apparently very thin walls, I've been here 3 years and apartments for 7 almost 8 years first place in my clean record of apartment living I've ever gotten complaints!By Tim Lee, April 20, 2017
